Brian Kielty, Founder

Brian is an active investor and former senior executive with decades of experience in finance, operations and leadership. Most recently, he served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Healthcare Consultancy Group, a global healthcare services organization within Omnicom Group.

Brian was a senior leader at HCG for nearly two decades and also led healthcare-sector M&A for Omnicom Health Group. He began his professional journey at Arthur Andersen, where he advanced quickly, gaining broad exposure across industries and business models.

Brian’s passion for investing and entrepreneurship started early. At age 13, he built and ran an early e-commerce business—before e-commerce or the internet existed—selling video games through a dial-up bulletin board system. He also created a simulated football league that attracted a loyal user base and, occasionally, tied up the family phone line for days. It was clear early on that business—and how systems work—would be a lifelong interest.

Today, Brian is deeply focused on mentorship and education. He founded BK BridgeWorks as a platform designed to build bridges—between students and professionals, theory and practice, learning and real-world impact. Through initiatives spanning finance, financial literacy coaching and entertainment-based programs, BK BridgeWorks connects young people to hands-on experiences that build judgment, confidence and practical decision-making skills, while also expanding access to music and live entertainment for students and communities who might not otherwise experience it. Brian believes that meaningful growth happens when people are connected to opportunity, experience, and one another—and that a single committed individual can build those bridges and create lasting impact.

Brian earned his degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Lehigh University and lives in New Jersey with his wife and three sons—each of whom has been actively investing since childhood.
