Michele Allen is Chief Financial Officer of Jersey Mike's Subs, where she oversees the company's global finance organization, supply chain, and enterprise performance management as Jersey Mike's scales under Blackstone ownership.

Prior to joining Jersey Mike's, Michele spent nearly eight years at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, serving in roles of increasing responsibility including CFO & Head of Strategy — helping guide one of the world's largest hotel franchising companies through complex transactions, strategic transformation, and the demands of the public markets.

Earlier in her career, Michele held senior finance roles at Wyndham Worldwide and Cendant Corporation, contributing to several high-profile capital markets transactions including IPOs and corporate spin-offs. She began her career as an auditor at Deloitte, where she earned her CPA. She holds a bachelor's degree from Cedar Crest College.

Michele brings nearly 30 years of financial leadership to the Investing For Good advisory board, where she works directly with students on presentation days and brings real-world perspective to their investment and charitable giving decisions.
